About me - why I became a Freelance Copywriter!

Intensive training through the Institute of Copywriting and the London School of Journalism gave me the foundation I needed, and set me on the road towards a successful freelance career. What I love so much about being a freelance copywriter is the challenge of starting with a blank page and knowing that a client needs an article or a press release first thing in the morning (or even within the hour!). Believe me, it's character building! But it's what gets my adrenaline flowing, and why I chose copywriting as a career.

The bigger projects are great, too. Being asked to write a multi-page website is exciting, and one also learns so much about how different industries work through detailed research prior to the actual writing phase.
